Literature Evangelist Training Events

LE training events are an opportunity to receive training to be a Literature Evangelist and share hope through Adventist literature.
LE Outreach training provides both theory and practical training in the field for Regular LE, Jump Start, Pop-up Bookstores, Youth Rush and Student Literature Evangelism.
It is important for all new LEs to attend a training LE Outreach to receive the necessary training in the country that they work in.
The LE Summit will provide further training for all LEs throughout the South Pacific Division.
You will learn a wholistic approach to LE ministry, including how to connect with new people quickly, Christian sales presentations, reaching different people groups, product knowledge and goals in ministry.
Dates
18 – 24 May LE Outreach training (New Zealand)
27 July – 3 August LE Outreach training (Australia)
26 Aug – 2 Sept LE Summit training (South Pacific Division)
Venue
The LE Outreach training in Australia will be held in Cairns, and the New Zealand outreach will be held in Dargaville.
The South Pacific Division LE Summit this year will be held at Tui Ridge, New Zealand. Visit literatureministry.info/summit for more information.
Accommodation
Accommodation and a mattress will be provided at the hosting churches – Cairns and Dargaville. You will need to bring your own bedding and personal items.
Costs
Accommodation and meals at LE training outreaches, will be jointly covered by both the local church and Literature Ministry. You will only need to pay the costs of your own transport.
LE Outreach Training Availability
Limited spaces are available for people living in Australia and New Zealand. Preference will be given to:
- LEs wanting to upskill
- New LEs
- Student LEs
- Youth Rush
- Interested persons who have submitted an approved application and learnt a canvass, and
- Those who have completed the first five lessons of the Like a Mighty Army online course.
- All applicants need to have applied to be an Independent Book Distributor
