Mario has been elected to serve as director of General Conference Publishing Ministries for the 2025–2030 term. He brings more than four decades of leadership in Adventist publishing and marketing, having served since 2010 as CEO of Editorial Safeliz, an Adventist publishing house in Spain. Prior to this, he led the Book Division of the Review and Herald Publishing Association in the United States and served as marketing manager at the Brazil Publishing House. His publishing leadership began in the 1980s, serving as publishing director across several territories.
He holds Doctor of Ministry (1997), Master of Business Adminstration (1996), and Master of Divinity (1995) degrees and was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1984. Under Martinelli’s leadership, Adventist publications have reached more than 120 countries through expanded distribution channels. He has overseen the development of specialized Bibles for various Adventist audiences and organized global book launches through conferences and seminars. His lifelong dedication to literature evangelism and mission-driven publishing has helped bring gospel-centered materials to readers across languages, cultures, and continents.
Brendan began work as a church pastor in Auckland, then worked in the Greater Sydney Conference as church health coordinator. He then moved to the Australian Union Conference where he served first as Ministerial Association Secretary and now as President. He recently completed a PhD on Advanced Consumer Culture and its Impact on Church Life and Faith Development in Australia.
Blair is a pastor, educator, husband and father. Passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and inspiring young people with the mission and message of the Seventh-day Adventist church, Blair currently serves as the Director of Young Adult Ministries where his primary responsibilities include preaching, training, and working with around 100 churches within the Northern NSW region to more effectively retain and engage young people. Blair is married to Emma and together they have a 5-year-old daughter, Eden.
Simon serves as President of the Northern Australia Conference. He is from North Queensland originally, growing up in Ravenshoe in the Atherton Tablelands. Before entering full time ministry, he worked as a plumber. He then served as the Youth Director in the Greater Sydney Conference for five years. He is married to Brittany and together they have two beautiful daughters named Vienna and Violetta. Simon likes to spend his spare time with his family, at the gym, reading, or studying the Bible. He is passionate about seeing local churches become healthy communities that share the Good News of Jesus with those around them.
Brad has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific as minister, area supervisor, family ministries director, General Secretary and communication director for the Papua New Guinea Union Mission, Leadership and Pacific Resources Director, Institute of World Mission Director and Associate General Secretary for the South Pacific Division and President of the New Zealand Pacific Union Conference. Today he serves as the CEO of Adventist Media, a position he has held since August 2018. His vision for the church is to see it fulfil its missionary purpose by sharing the gospel in a loving and empowering way. Brad has gained a Bachelor of Religion degree with Avondale College, Master of Arts in Religion degree with Andrews University and a Doctor of Ministry degree with Fuller Theological Seminary. He is married to Coralee, and they live on the Central Coast. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Sandra Entermann is more than just a familiar face in the Adventist music scene. Her day-job for the last 30 years is in her brother’s glass business, being awarded by the industry as the world’s first female certified glazier. She enjoys repairing broken windows but thrives on helping mend broken lives. Sandra speaks one language, has no formal tertiary education, dropped out of piano lessons after just 3 years - and wishes she didn’t! But Sandra knows the power of music ministry and counts it a privilege to have travelled widely, accepting invitations to sing in the Islands of the South Pacific, New Zealand, Asia, the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and the West Indies. Whilst she is still producing albums, her approach is more relaxed these days with her Friday night Sabbath Singalong, a weekly Facebook LIVE she delivers with family and friends. Her desire through her music ministry is to lift up Jesus, while lifting broken people up to Him – sharing the songs of her own experience, and proclaiming a God who is attentive, accessible, and all powerful.
